David Belle Isle has practiced real-estate law for more than 12 years, offering clients the benefit of his focus, professional integrity and commitment to high ethical standards.
Mr. Belle Isle was born in Atlanta and raised in Gainesville, Georgia. He received his BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business in 1997. In 2000, he earned both his MBA from Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business and his J.D. from Georgia State University’s College of Law. He was accepted into the State Bar of Georgia that same year.
In 2007, Mr. Belle Isle founded the Belle Isle Law Group, as its principle practitioner, focusing primarily on commercial real-estate law serving community, regional and national banks as well as commercial brokers, developers and property owners.
In 2009 and again in 2012 he was named a Rising Star in Super Lawyers magazine, ‘a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.’ And in 2012, My Alpharetta magazine named him Best Attorney based on readership vote.
In 2011, Mr. Belle Isle was elected Mayor of Alpharetta, a growing city of nearly 60,000 residents and home to approximately 120,000 day-time employees and a number of corporate headquarters, in the heart of North Fulton. He began his four-year term in January, 2012.
As he continues to build his practice and expand his community and civic leadership involvement throughout North Fulton, Mr. Belle Isle maintains a reputation for reliability and expertise throughout the Metro-Atlanta banking community.
